Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO

With 3 to 5 years of strong experience as an executive assistant, the candidate we are seeking has an unbelievable work ethic, a great sense of humor, a huge dose of common sense and a wonderfully positive personality.

In this role you will be working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer to provide seamless administrative support. Calendar, email and call management will be an integral part of the role. Weekly travel between the offices will also be required.

You will need to have great presentation and communication skills and be comfortable and confident in a great range of company. This is a long term role with a growing business and your input and support will be crucial in the future development and success of the business as well as offering exponential opportunities for further career development based on outstanding performance.

The successful candidate will ideally be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
