National Advertising Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the media division of the company as a National Advertising Sales Manager with a strong focus on business development.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be working to help grow Unique Luxury, a key marketing platform for the business in the form of a magazine that encapsulates a luxurious, unique and international lifestyle.

Each edition features a magnificent array of high-end real estate and advertisements and editorials featuring luxury and unique travel destinations, luxury cars and boats, high-end watches, jewellery, fashion and fine dining.

The role will involve being a sales & brand ambassador responsible for increasing media sales and growing distribution channels & circulation in Australia.

The role will be tasked with developing successful ongoing relationships with new and existing advertising clients. You will oversee the profitable day to day operations and business development. Your portfolio will include a network of high net worth & ultra high net worth individuals and companies in the unique and/or luxury space.

The successful applicant will be passionate about presentation, customer service, have the ability to build rapport and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in media sales is essential with solid relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 brands, media and PR will be highly regarded.

To meet the true potential of this exciting role, you must be passionate and energetic as well as the following requirements:
· Significant sales experience in the advertising or media industry
· Experience in the luxury industry will be highly regarded
· Be able to build and maintain strategic partnerships and key relationships
· Demonstrate the ability to develop new business
· Results driven with focus on targets and meeting KPI’s
· Confident in presenting proposals and negotiating
· Providing the highest level of customer service
· Have the ability to travel
· Willing to work some evenings and/or weekends

Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO

With 3 to 5 years of strong experience as an executive assistant, the candidate we are seeking has an unbelievable work ethic, a great sense of humor, a huge dose of common sense and a wonderfully positive personality.

In this role you will be working alongside the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer to provide seamless administrative support. Calendar, email and call management will be an integral part of the role. Weekly travel between the offices will also be required.

You will need to have great presentation and communication skills and be comfortable and confident in a great range of company. This is a long term role with a growing business and your input and support will be crucial in the future development and success of the business as well as offering exponential opportunities for further career development based on outstanding performance.

The successful candidate will ideally be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
