Our Beverly Hills Grand Chateau lives up to its name in grand fashion boasting over 22,000 sq ft of living space and 5 acres of land. The estate sits atop Benedict Canyon with panoramic views of the canyon. The estate is in a gated community as well as a grand entrance gate on the front side , and a gated back entrance that allows guests to quickly access different parts of Beverly Hills depending on where they want to go.
The backyard has enormous pool with hot tub as well as a grassy area great for kids to play in The pool has a removable gate surrounding it making it convenient for both families with kids and guests who do not require the safety. There is also a large bar that comes complete with refrigerator gas grill and outdoor ovens. There is also an 8 car garage as well as enough parking for up to 50 cards.
The entrance of the estate has 40 ft high vaulted ceilings with 3 different living room areas in the foyer. To the left of the foyer is a large family room complete with large fireplace and grand piano. To the right of the foyer is the formal dining room with enough seating for 12 people and is right next to the butlers kitchen for convenience to service.
The back of the house features a living room with large flat screen TV as well as it’s own wet bar, perfect for entertaining. The second dining room is here and overlooks the canyon views with enough seating for another 8 people. This dining room is on the other side of the butler’s and master kitchen. The gourmet kitchen itself is massive with stainless steal appliances, multiple refrigerators and coolers, and an abundance of granite counter top space. There are also steps here that allow staff easy access to the downstairs level where guest bedrooms and the theatre room reside.
The master bedroom spans the entire south side of the estate on the second level. It features a large private living room, large private terrace overlooking the canyon views, a double king size bed, large flatscreen TV, and a his and her master bathroom, and master closets. “Her” bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub that also looks out to the canyon views.
The second master suite is across the hall on the west wing of the estate and also features it’s own living room area as well as the fitness area with gym equipment. There is also an adjoining kids room with it’s own en suite bathroom next to this perfect for young children that need supervision close by. The east wing houses two more guest rooms, both with en suite bathrooms and large walk in closets. One of the bedrooms contains 3 queen size beds.
The bottom level of the home contains 6 guest rooms, another living room area shared by 2 of the rooms, and a large theatre room complete with two half baths easily accessible to guests enjoying themselves in the theater. There is also a very large wine cellar with large dining table with benches to easily seat 20 to enjoy some wine tasting.
