Chateau de la Couronne is located in the South West of France near the town of Marton on 5 acres of stunning private garden. This classic property is stone built and during the 2 year renovation maintained its period details with slate roof, a crenulated tower, turrets, wooden and flag stone floors, ornate plaster work and large fireplaces.
7 generously proportioned bedrooms are all accompanied by modern and elegant ensuites. The Family Suite contains a further two bedrooms; a double bedroom and also an infants’ haven containing 4 single beds. A spectacularly sized ensuite accompanies this family retreat. All bedrooms contain a flat screen television, DVD player, hair dryer, Chateau de la Couronne bathrobes and all the modern comforts you would expect from a boutique hotel, within your private chateau.
Unlike many other chateaus, Chateau de la Couronne has large windows which allows the Southern French sun to pour in all year round. Containing 5 different reception rooms throughout, all with French doors opening onto the sublime gardens.
If walks around the beautiful premises, local entertainment including; wine tastings, tennis courts, golf courses, go karting, cycling, kayaking or visits to the Grand Cognac houses, don’t take your fancy there is a glorious private cinema room with a 9 foot screen, HD projector and surround sound. There is also a billiards room complete with full sized American Pool table, burgundy cloth cover and a 1933 wooden fridge that all add to the array of entertainment within the premises.
A fully appointed dining room will more than cater for large groups with dimensions of roughly 14 metres by 10 metres with 6 metre ceiling. The restaurant sized kitchen; with two ovens, gas range, several commercial fridges, numerous work stations with sinks and antique furniture complete the classy space, is the perfect partner to the lavishly sized dining room. Whether you long to explore your culinary skills, have every meal catered or anything in between, Chateau de la Couronne has the facilities to meet your wishes.
The 14.5 metre swimming pool is the ultimate place to absorb the sun and the beauty of both the chateau and its grounds.

During July and August there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, all other times of year the minimum stay is 2 nights.
From 18/12/2020 - 03/01/2021 there is a 2 night minimum stay with rates of $5700 per night and $35000 for a week.
