PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ayana is a brand new architect designed, 3 level luxurious beach house. Located at The Pass with north facing ocean views up the coast and overlooking the lush subtropical vegetation of Arakwal National Park, this property will provide a luxurious holiday you will never forget.

Ayana’s middle level comprises of kitchen/living/dining room opening out onto an extensive north facing covered deck with built in bench seating and BBQ, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The living room also features a fantastic stone surrounded gas fireplace. A large separate family room provides a second living/media room and study area. This level also contains a large laundry and full bathroom. A private rear courtyard also contains an elevated 6 person heated spa.

There are four large bedrooms on the third level, accommodating 8 guests. All bedrooms have built in robes and 2 bedrooms have glass sliding doors opening out onto a north facing deck that looks over the ocean below. The upper level has two generous bathrooms.

The downstairs entry level has a stunning undercroft entry with outdoor hot & cold shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. There is a substantial 4 car garage.
