PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Byron Luxe is a modern, beach inspired townhouse that was beautifully renovated just this year into a contemporary, funky beach house. The home is filled with surf art and rustic decor perfectly matching the Byron Bay holiday vibe. Located on a quiet lane right in the centre of town you won’t need to use your car as the beach, supermarket and an array of restaurants & cafes are only 300 meters away. Ideal for 4 mature couples or a family, the location really is unbeatable for convenience!

The kitchen, appliances, bathrooms and furniture are all brand new. Enjoy the flat screen TV and FOXTEL. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, so each couple can enjoy their own privacy. The beds are super cozy and comfortable, with thick doonas and new top quality mattresses which will ensure a great nights sleep. (All beds are queens, no single beds)

The outdoor entertaining area has an 8 person table with bench seats, as well as lounges to relax in. Enjoy the amazing 2 person, hot outdoor shower & listen to the sound of the waves crashing while enjoying the entertaining space at night.

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
