Arriving at this secluded, luxurious property you are immediately taken aback with the expansive, panoramic 270″ views that stretch from the Pacific Ocean and Lennox Head to the east and the rolling hills of the Byron hinterland to the west. Then there’s the actual house itself, a near new master built, architect designed residence with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, media room, double remote controlled garage….the features are endless.
The property has been cleverly designed to make the most out of its unique location. The kitchen, dining, lounge and all 4 bedrooms have ocean views down to the world famous Lennox Head. There are ample deck areas where you can capture the morning sun and ocean views on the eastern deck for breakfast and then, later in the day, move out onto the western deck where you can sip on your favourite cocktail, swim in the pool and bask in the warm afternoon sun as it sets slowly behind the Byron hinterland.
With American Oak limed floorboards, stone bench tops, “Smart Glass” windows and doors the property really is state of the art. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with European appliances enabling you to cook up a feast on those nights in. The media room is huge and features a surround sound entertainment system with an 80″ flat screen TV, table tennis table and foosball table. Not enough entertainment for the little ones? Well they can also enjoy the ‘3 point line’ basketball court outside and shoot some hoops with Dad.

Remainder of the year $950 per night or $6650 per week (5 night minimum stay)
Plus a $200 linen fee per booking.
Above rates are for groups of up to 8 guests, each additional guest is charged at $85 per person per night.
