PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Vermont Hideaway is a grand homestead perched in beautiful green grounds and surrounded by forest, making it a relaxing and peaceful getaway destination.
The classical home has had a modern internal facelift, mixing contemporary design with character features and antique decor. The main house is a split-level home sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with two living areas, a dining room, three bathrooms and another separate toilet. There is a self-contained studio immediately neighbouring the house which accommodates another 2 guests with their own bathroom, kitchenette and lounge.
Guests will enjoy a combination of bush-walking around the 30 acre grounds, soaking up some sun by the pool and socialising around the BBQ and gazebo area.

There are 2 single sofa-beds in the main house that can be made for extra children if needed. It’s an additional $45/night/child to do so.

Plus a one off $165 linen fee per booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
