PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Pindara Estate is a stunning pavilion-style home nestled on the Newrybar scenic escarpment overlooking the green valleys below and out to the ocean between Broken Head and Lennox Head. The 76 acre secluded property features a pool, full-sized first class flood-lit tennis court and more.
The home itself offers shaded timber decks and seamless indoor/outdoor living. Large floor to ceiling expanses of glass provide the perfect vantage point to watch the sun rise or a storm roll in whilst sitting in front of a crackling fire. The timber floors and cathedral ceilings in the central open-plan living area add warmth and light and you are instantly taken in by the expansive views that are featured from this part of the home.
An azure blue tiled pool mimics the sea below and is solar-heated for an extra few degrees of comfort. The gardens around are well established and boast some lovely tropical plants and flowers.
There is a 2 car garage and extensive asphalt driveways around the property which is ideally located under 10 minutes from Broken Head Beach and 12 minutes from Byron Bay. Pindara Estate is a fantastic holiday property with so many activities to offer… or you can just sit back and enjoy the magnificent ocean view!

All other times of the year, 3 night minimum stay
$950 per night or $6,000 per week
Plus a $225 linen fee per booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
Limited firewood is provided during winter months only. If you think you would like a larger supply for your visit to use in the indoor fire, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assist you with options for purchasing more. Please note that fire places cannot be used during fire bans.
