Situated only a few minutes walk from the very center of Byron Bay, Stonecutters is the perfect place for you to enjoy your Byron Bay holiday. The brand new home enjoys four spacious bedrooms each with their own en suites. It has a beautifully landscaped outdoor BBQ area with its own private salt water pool & comfortable sun lounge chairs.

The house has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with a comfortable sofa, plasma TV, fully equipped & well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances and gas cook-top. The long dining table can seat up to 12 guests. The house has reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Within 50m of the Stonecutters is the locally renowned Bay Leaf cafe with delicious house brewed coffee as well as Naked Treaties raw food bar serving fresh juices and smoothies and mouth watering healthy treats. Stonecutters has everything you could possibly think of when being on holiday including the spacious two car garage, BBQ and an outdoor shower.

Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds + two trundle beds (suitable for children), ensuite – downstairs

$1,300 per night or $8,500 per week, 5 night minimum stay

Long Weekends (Jan, April & Oct)
$1,600 per night, 3 night minimum stays

Long Weekends (May & June)
$1,300 per night, 3 night minimum stays

Splendour in the Grass
$1,500 per night, 4 night minimum stay

Schoolies – 21st November – 5th December
$12,000 per week (7 night minimum stay)
*extra high bonds apply

All other times of the year, 3 night minimum stay
$1,050 per night or $6,000 per week

Plus a $200 linen fee per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.

As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.

Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
