PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Rest, luxury and relaxation - that is what Amalfi Villa is all about! Nestled in an intimate, secure enclave with direct sand path access to beautiful Broken Head Beach, you will be assured a quintessential Byron Bay experience.

This modern timber and glass designer beach Villa embraces the indoor-outdoor lifestyle synonymous with the surrounding tropical region. With fresh Mediterranean summer tones decorated throughout, you could be forgiven for dreaming away the afternoon to Italy’s Amalfi coastline.

Huge bi-fold doors open the kitchen and lounge pavilions on to the surrounding decks & designer pool, and the main bedrooms have their own private decks nestled into the surrounding rainforest. The sub-tropical garden creates a temperate environment and wooden louvers throughout the home allow for refreshing natural air-flow.

Outside, a stunning pool is surrounded by multiple lounging decks including a unique hammock & daybed sanctuary for private reading under the palm trees and garden yoga.

You will find all of the mod-cons required for a fabulous stay - fully ducted cooling & heating throughout most of the home, pavilion living room and main bedrooms equipped with flat screen TVs & DVDs, BBQ deck, laundry facilities and a modern chef’s Miele kitchen, as well as a double lock-up auto garage.

There are two large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe. They then share an ensuite with two smaller sleep-outs (each the bedrooms and the sleepouts has its own access into the bathrooms - you do not need to pass through one bedroom from another to reach the bathroom). The final queen bedroom has a private ensuite.

Swimming, surfing or kayaking on the beautiful Broken Head Beach 1 minute walk down a private sand-path.
Nature walks through the World Heritage listed rainforest, starting right outside the Villa Amalfi complex.
Take a dip at the stunning Whites Beach with breathtaking viewpoints on the way.
Take an easy 15 mins walk along the beachfront to Suffolk Park’s cafes, restaurants, supermarket & bakery.
Take a beach run towards the Byron Bay Lighthouse to Tallows Beach for the more adventurous.
Take a dip in the all natural rejuvenating tea-tree lake, a 10 minutes meander up the beach from Amalfi Villa.
Access Byron Bay’s culture, nightlife & cafes - just 8 mins drive or 20 mins cycle

Consider a beach-chic wedding at the mystically rustic Broken Head Point, with a stunning backdrop of sea-rocks and rainforest. After a perfect barefoot ceremony on the beach just steps away from the Villa enclave, meander back up the sand path to a private reception by the designer pool and decks awaiting you at Villa Amalfi.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party/function policies without pre-approval, additional venue hire fees and a local approved coordinator being hired to oversee the day.

Outside of your approved function times, no extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 9pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
