PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Casa de Mare is a spacious two storey home enjoying absolute Tallow Beach frontage. Just a stroll from the back yard on a rainforest track and your toes will be in the sand. The home is situated on a quiet street just a 3min drive to the Suffolk Park shops and 10min drive to the action of Byron Bay.
The heart of the home is upstairs and looks out to the spacious entertaining area and down onto the garden. You can hear the ocean from every room in the house. The Casa de Mare kitchen is a dream for anyone that loves to cook with ample preparation areas, adjoining the air-conditioned living room and opens through a servery onto back deck and BBQ area. There is a large dining table on the veranda and two large luscious day beds.
The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, a/c, tv and ensuite which leads out onto the top balcony area. There is a second master bedroom down stairs has queen size bed with ensuite and direct access to the games area & garden. Both master bedrooms have ensuites, TV’s and are air-conditioned.
Downstairs offers an additional 2 bedrooms that are both ideal for children. One cosy room with single bunk beds, the other spacious room with a double bed bunk with single on top and separate single bed. There is also trundle which can be set-up for an extra child if needed. A/c and own TV

$1,150 per night, 3 night minimum stays

$950 per night, 3 night minimum stays
Splendour in the Grass
$950 per night, 4 night minimum stay
All other times of the year, 3 night minimum stay
$750 per night or $4,500 per week
Plus a $200 linen fee per booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
