Vermont Hideaway is classical in style yet boasts all the modern facilities. A special place to retreat with family and friends. The house sleeps 8 people. Upstairs are 2 queen bedrooms, both with ensuite and balcony views, downstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 singles and main bathroom. The Studio is self contained, has 1 queen bed, lounge area, bathroom, kitchen and opens to the sunny courtyard.

RATES

New Year’s: $7,000 (7 night minimum)
Christmas, Easter & January: $5,500 (7 night minimum)
Splendor in the Grass: $850 per night or $4,500 per week (5 night minimum)
School Holidays (except for Winter) $600 per night or $3,500 per week (5 night minimum)
High season: September – December & February – May $550 per night or $3,250 per week (3 night minimum)
Low season: June - August $500 per night or $2,900 per week (3 night minimum)

Please note that this property sleeps 10 adults maximum. There are 2 sofa beds that can be made-up for extra children if needed. It's an additional $45 per night per child per night to do so.

There is also a $150 cleaning & linen fee per booking.
