Jet Flamingo is 100m from the Bondi sand. Located amongst the local shops, bars & restaurants with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, full commercial kitchen, inside/outside living room, BBQ, media room, cabana & a giant daybed for watching the stars at night. Located on the footsteps of world famous Bondi Beach, the villa is perfectly situated for summer fun in the sun. You can smell the salt water from the house & feel the Bondi atmosphere around you.

Accommodating up to 16 guests (12 adults & 4 children) in 4 Queen ensuite bedrooms, one kids room with 4 "King Single" bunk-beds, a media room with an enormous couch that is actually 2 further "King Single" beds the house is perfect for groups or extended families. All beds are luxurious KingKoil, all bedding 1000 count hotel quality linen, includes additional bedding, towels and beach-towels

There is a professional commercial kitchen and outdoor BBQ, 3 meter antique wood dining table for inside or outside dining, 5m by 5m patch of lawn with BigBoy bean bags, a cabana with big TV for outside movies and a giant 2m by 2m daybed for star watching or tanning. There is a washing machine and dryer, 2 bikes for exploring Bondi and 2 surfboards also available for use.
The media room and living room both have 65' and 75' TV's with Foxtel, plus DVD in the media room. There is off-street parking for 2 cars with additional parking for a further 2 cars possible over the kerb.

Jet Flamingo is a fun place, it was built with socializing and groups in mind, the vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories, we look forward to welcoming you. We will welcome you on check-in, give you the keys to our incredible pad & let you create your own holiday memories. We will leave some local information but you won’t see us again for your whole stay (unless you've been too loud!

Bondi Beach is world famous and needs no introduction. It is fully patrolled by lifeguards (just remember to swim in between the yellow & red flags). The North end of the beach is perfect for babies in the seawater pool. Also it’s great for kids in the sea and the best for beginners to learn how to surf.

The Sydney CBD is 20min by car. Bondi Junction Westfield is 10min by car. There is an awesome brand new shopping village less than 100m away that includes a "Harris Farm Markets" for amazing fresh groceries. Plus all trendy shops and the famous Bondi restaurants are all within 100m including "Hurricanes Grill" and the local rockstar joint "Mad Pizza"

Public transport is very easy. There are numerous bus stops around Bondi beach taking you to Watsons Bay, Bondi Junction, further south to Coogee or directly to the city. Trains taking you to all corners of Sydney run from Bondi Junction, so you will need to take a bus to connect to the train-line. There is also a taxi rank 50m from the front door. You could also walk around, with Rose Bay being 20mins away, Bondi Junction being 20mins also or Bronte beach a pleasant 25mins via the famous Bondi to Bronte walk.

Jet Flamingo is the creation of a nightclub, restaurant and resort entrepreneur to accommodate his ever expanding group of family and friends whenever they are in Sydney. The house was formally the "Bondi Beach B&B" and is perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac just 50m from the sand in the very center on Bondi Beach.

Staying at Jet Flamingo is far more fun than staying in multiple hotel rooms and is the perfect place to base yourself and your crew whilst visiting Sydney for events or parties or simply for awesome beach-side holiday with the whole family.
