Brand new architect designed, 3 level luxe beach-house located at The Pass beach with north facing ocean views up the coast, overlooking the lush subtropical vegetation of Arakwal National Park.
AYANA's mid level comprises kitchen/living/dining room opening out through large timber framed glass sliding doors onto an extensive north facing covered deck with built in bench seating and BBQ, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The living room also features a fantastic stone surrounded gas fireplace.
A large separate family room provides a second living / media room and study area. This level also contains a large laundry and full bathroom. A private rear courtyard also contains an elevated 6 person heated spa that adds a further level of luxury to the residence.
