Byron Luxe is a modern beach inspired townhouse that was beautifully renovated just this year into a contemporary, funky beach house. The home is filled with surf art and rustic decor perfectly matching the Byron Bay holiday vibe. Located on a quiet lane right in the centre of town you won't need to use your car as the beach, supermarket and an array of restaurants & cafes are only 300 meters away. The kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, and furniture are all brand new. Enjoy our flat screen TV and FOXTEL. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, so each couple can enjoy their own privacy. The beds are super cozy and comfortable, with thick donnas and new top quality mattresses which will ensure a great nights sleep. (All beds are queens, no single beds)
The outdoor entertaining area has a 8 person table with bench seats, as well as lounges to relax. Enjoy our amazing 2 person, hot outdoor shower. Listen to the sound of the waves crashing while enjoying the entertaining space at night.
Byron Luxe is ideal for 3 mature couples or a family. The house is close to neighbours so you must be aware of your noise level. Our neighbours are lovely and will help you with anything that you need.
Only respect groups please to this beautiful home. Strictly no pets, no smoking, no party groups, no loud music, no noise outside after 10pm (neighbours have kids) and no extra guests.
