This is hinterland holidaying at its best - Luna Mia enjoys large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas; a 70sqm living room with daybed lounges and 10 seat dining table, which opens onto a spacious sun-deck facing north east with ocean views.
The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer as well as a 5 burner cook-top, large oven and Bosch dishwasher. It’s an entertainer's kitchen as it opens into the living area and has everything needed including ample table settings & glassware. There’s a separate laundry with Bosch front-loader, if needed.
The home is set over three levels with one bedroom and one TV on each level. Freestanding fans are in each bedroom, although the house gets the sea breezes and fans hardly need to be used. There is plenty of storage and wardrobe space.
The alfresco entertaining area is fabulous with a covered outdoor gazebo that adjoins the house and is adjacent to the pool. The gazebo has a well sized table and a BBQ set-up. The surrounding gardens are lush and tropical.
