This substantial home provides for various separate living quarters, the original home comprises a formal sitting room with sandstone features, original polished floor boards and jetmaster fireplace. Flowing through to a stylish kitchen with large terrazzo island workspace and floor to ceiling sliding windows, opening to the alfresco dining areas and north easterly views over Palm Beach.
A mosaic tiled salt water pool adjoins the expansive level lawned and outdoor entertaining areas. A curved sandstone staircase links you to the bedroom wings, with the spacious master bedroom comprising walk in wardrobe, ensuite and French doors to the private decked terrace.
