Nautica is truly unique! 4 storeys of absolute glamour on one of Queensland's finest beaches. Expect 500 thread count sheets, a superb indoor/outdoor AV system, contemporary decor, bi-fold doors that open the home up to the beach and a lifestyle few will ever experience.

Imagine swimming in the beachfront pool while watching your children play in the surf at the patrolled beach just metres from the back fence. Imagine entertaining guests/friends in Nautica’s beachfront dining area, complete with 180-degree sea views, before bedding down in one of five bedrooms, all with ensuites.

Gold Coast's most spectacular luxury b/front home; 4 storeys, elevator, heated pool, 7ks from airport and with rates from $950/night in low season to $2,890/night over Christmas/New Year, you and 9 others will adore your days on the beach.

We don't accept functions/parties. That said, after an early morning dip in the waters of Palm Beach, you can warm down with a few laps of the 29 degree heated beachfront pool and then breakfast on the lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Spend the afternoon sun baking before feasting at any of the dozen or so restaurants just minutes away.

Nautica on Jefferson Lane is ultra contemporary in design and is a magnet for families, movie/sports stars, business leaders and heads of state. There is a 5 car garage, 4 floor elevator, huge open plan kitchen/lounge area, upstairs kids' lounge and 180 degree uninterrupted sea views. Stay long enough and you're guaranteed to spot manta rays, dolphins, whales (in season) and fish from the balconies. The beach stairs are sometimes mere metres from the high water mark and I guarantee you won't be able to wipe the smile from your (and your family's) face for the entire time you're in residence.

This is an iconic Gold Coast home and has been featured on Ch 9's "A Current Affair", 7's "Sunrise", most major newspapers along with Australian Traveller Magazine which rated it in Australia's top 100 Holiday Homes and in the Gold Coast's top 3! It's got YOU written all over it!
