Raised in a ‘real estate family’ Denzil brings a strategic yet personable approach to home buying and selling. After working overseas for many years Denzil returned to beautiful Byron to raise his family.
Prior to joining Unique, Denzil worked in Sales across America, Scandinavia and the UK. Most recently, this included a three year stint in London with a company helmed by Sir John Hegarty (of BBH fame). Underpinning his exceptional sales record is an MA in Media Production from RMIT.
Based in Byron for over 20 years, Denzil’s in-depth market knowledge is complimented by extensive experience in property development. Whether it’s commercial premises, new builds, renovations or subdivisions he is well
equipped to steer clients through the complexities of these transactions.
