Brook House is the perfect country home and is only 15 minutes from the beach! Set on just over an acre beside a babbling brook the home is in a quiet private rural setting on one of the best roads in the Northern Rivers. The heart of the home is a wonderfully cosy living, dining and kitchen area with a large open fire and views to the gardens and the pool outside. The kitchen is large and very functional and features bi-fold windows that create a great server for outdoor entertaining; they also bring the calming sounds of running water into the home.

Verandas surround the ground level of the home which includes 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms and an office or fourth bedroom are on the ground floor and the master suite is upstairs and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite.

On either side of the main house you will find a guest cottage – one would be perfect as an art studio, office or teenager’s retreat, the other is beautifully appointed for guests and incorporates a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom.
