PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Paperbark at Byron, a gorgeous house in the heart of Byron Bay. Facing straight on to the natural beauty of the Arakwal National Park and set in lush gardens, Paperbark is just a short stroll from magnificent Clarkes Beach and Tallows Beach. The welcoming house is positioned perfectly to enjoy all of the town’s excitement and activities, and provides a calm oasis retreat when you’re ready to relax.

The two-story house is filled with a collection of Hawaiian, Chinoiserie and surf memorabilia, and is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing and private holiday. The kitchen and dining room are well stocked to cater for happy family holiday meals and the modular sofa in the lounge awaits any group of good friends. All of the bedrooms have a warm and inviting atmosphere with cute and quirky touches, comfortable bedding and ample space.

Outside, the dining and lounging areas are separated by the home’s namesake, a beautiful paperbark tree growing through the wooden deck. A water feature and plantation shutters opening to the sub-tropical surrounds add to the lush coastal vibe. Paperbark is all about embracing the Byron Bay lifestyle and living like a very lucky local.

$800 per night or $4,800 per week, 5 night minimum stay

Splendour in the Grass
$800 per night, 5 night minimum stay

All other times of the year, 5 night minimum stay
$550 per night or $3,500 per week

Plus a one off $200 linen fee per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
