PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
As you enter through the gates of Belle Helena you can’t help but get the feeling that you are about to have an amazing holiday! Views of the ocean and famous Byron Bay Lighthouse greet you as you head down the long drive way and past a stunning old fig tree, the perfect spot to catch a sunrise. Belle Helena is set on over 200 acres and is unbeatable for its grandeur and facilities. This amazing resort-style home has a 25 metre lap pool with lighthouse views; tennis court; cinema; wood-fired pizza oven; large gymnasium & yoga room; driving range and so much more!
The main house has been built predominantly with dark woods and is tastefully furnished with fabulous artwork throughout. There are 3 spacious Queen bedrooms which share 2 bathrooms as well as a sitting lounge adjoining one of the bedrooms with a lovely day bed and massage table. There are 2 different living areas in the main house including a lounge room with an enormous open fireplace. There is a 6 seater cinema as well as a separate dining room which overlooks the gardens and pool area. The kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped.
The second wing of the home is joined to the main house by an undercover wooden walkway. This space has a large comfortable living area with a double sided fire place, pool table, separate dining area, kitchen, a Queen ensuited bedroom and a ‘Japanese-style’ bunk room with 6 double beds - perfect for the kids!
The stunning gardens are well manicured with gorgeous relaxation and dining areas to enjoy. Lily filled dams and green rolling acreage continue as far as they eye can see. Every last detail has been considered on this wonderful estate making it very difficult to leave behind.

Splendour in the Grass
$3,000 per night, 4 night minimum stay
All other times of the year, 3 night minimum stay
$2,800 per night or $16,500 per week
Plus a $450 linen fee per booking.
The above rates are based on groups of up to 16 guests. The property can accommodate up to 22 guests. Each additional child is charged at $50 per night and each additional adult is charged at $100 per night.
All rates offer the use of both houses as well as the master suite, guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property and its facilities.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
