PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Like nowhere you have ever been before and embedded deep in the Blue Mountains near the Jenolan Caves, Angel Wing emits a magical ambiance – one where the neighbouring cliffs glow scarlet at nightfall. The designer light and water features impose a soothing temperament and celebrate the delicate nature it is buried in. Look no further for the ultimate in Blue Mountains country accommodation.

This impressive property consists of four bedrooms as well as rumpus room, which can be used as a fifth bedroom. Perched high on the hill, you can simply peer down into the sprawling valley where a kaleidoscope of colours will hypnotise you instantly into holiday mode. Purely interested in visiting the stalactites and stalagmites? This luxury house is a fantastic base to explore the Jenolan Caves!

The interiors of Angel Wing are a unique blend of futuristic living and high-market indulgence. Designed over three years by renowned architect Peter Stutchbury, the property celebrates the elements of nature it is embedded in. A skylight performs as a prominent design feature, a natural movement of water on the roof filters the light seeping into the house creating a dramatic effect and a play on light. Being a contemporary design, the concept of open-plan living and spacious rooms are present. Our favourite chamber of Angel Wing is where the open fireplace is found - cosy up to roast marshmallows over a naked flame and listen to the native Banksias as they echo a melody in the woods.

Whilst Angel Wing is a secluded oasis, hidden in amongst gum trees and Eucalypt forest – you will not feel lonely in the company of friendly wallabies on your doorstep!
