88 Nord is a stunning contemporary beach house enjoying 270 degree panoramic views across Boomerang Beach, its fringe of bush land and out to the ocean beyond. This 4 bedroom, architect designed home offers the best in modern spacious luxury. The sleek design by Sydney architects Collins & Turner maximizes the space and the views with floor to ceiling glass walls facing the ocean.

Downstairs you can spread out comfortably in the open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Entertain family and friends with culinary delights created in the European-style kitchen and open the sliding glass doors to dine alfresco on the terrace or simply enjoy a glass of wine relaxing on the lawn and soaking up the sea breezes.

Coming back from a swim or surf, rinse off under the luxury of an outdoor shower or unwind in the deep soaker bath. Watch your favourite movie on the large wall mounted flat screen tv or loose yourself in the pages of a good book. Alternatively, retreat upstairs for relaxed conversation while contemplating the view having pushed back the sliding glass door on two sides to fully enjoy the moon rise over the ocean.
