PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Callistemon View is a beautiful house built for indoor/outdoor living with the entertaining areas opening to undercover wrap around balconies. One of the many features is the architecturally designed infinity pool and cabana area, which is both a day and night outdoor living space. This is a private resort style retreat – a great house for the gathering of friends. Really easy living, beautiful hinterland views, bathed in sun all day.
Callistemon View has 4 bedrooms plus a 5th sleeping area in a separate lounge/living space. The main bedroom is expansive and enjoys a king bed with en-suite. The other 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the 5th sleeping room also has a queen bed. All high comfort bedding and luxury linen and high quality furnishings throughout.
Located in Federal, Callistemon View is only a 1 minute drive to Doma, the quirky Japanese café. With bacon and egg sandwiches for breakfast, fresh made sushi for lunch and great coffee, some people travel miles to get there.
The Eltham pub is 15 minutes drive away and has a genuine “old school” country pub feel, frequented mainly by locals, all are welcome. The town of Clunes, which has a deli, liquor store and a café is located about 10 minutes drive away. The Clunes café has a pizza night once a week and even a “doza” Japanese dumpling night weekly. Bangalow and Byron Bay are about 20 minutes away depending on traffic.
There is a Caretaker onsite living in a cottage that’s completely hidden from main house. You won’t know they are there unless you need their assistance for something! Your privacy is not compromised at all as the second house is separate, down the hill and out of view. The house is equipped with Foxtel, WiFi and Sonos.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
