PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Set atop a hill in the heart of the pristine Tweed Valley Coast, Rosewood House is a private and calm oasis designed for rest and relaxation. Enjoy the best of all worlds from your peaceful holiday home, with the southern Gold Coast surf towns of Burleigh Heads and Coolangatta as well as the renowned coastal towns of Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay all only a short drive away.

Surrounded by wooden decks and cool, manicured sub-tropical gardens, the contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are at the heart of the home. Designed to closely align the main indoor living space with the outdoor entertaining deck and pool area, sliding glass doors mean you can enjoy the views from every angle and large bi-fold windows allow serving right from the kitchen to the outdoor breakfast bar; take your morning coffee with the spectacular ocean sun rise. The kitchen is well equipped with a walk-in pantry, 5 burner stove, Nespresso coffee machine, large family fridge/freezer and all the cookware you’ll need, so get groceries delivered and hide-out at the home for your entire stay.

All bedrooms are spacious and include ceiling fans for comfort in the warmer months. Another highlight of the home is the master suite, slightly removed from the rest of the bedrooms, with its walk-in robe, open plan ensuite and direct access to the beautiful gardens making it a luxurious getaway for the heads of the household. There are full laundry facilities, especially handy for those longer visits, and the main bathroom of the home includes a deep soaking tub and separate toilet.

Spend a couple of days out and about exploring this diverse region from the mountains to the sea, and then the rest of the time relaxing at your own private paradise, either wandering through the Rosewood forest or soaking up the sun by the pool.
