Villa LoSoprone is a picturesque residence creating the perfect Florence retreat for two. It’s sits in the town of Borgo San Jacopo which lies between the Ponte Vecchio and the bridge called Ponte a Santa Trinità. This town is well known as being one of the most attractive streets in the old city centre, with typical local shops and some of the most famous and wonderful restaurants of the region. T

he apartment is in the old palazzo on the corner with via Maggio, the street known for its antique shops and for the bridge Ponte a Santa Trinità.  Some describe the Ponte a Santa Trinità as being the most beautiful bridge in the world, especially as this part of the city has preserved to hold its medieval structure.

Lo Sprone’s comprises of one level with a large living-room with dining area that has access to the panoramic terrace with a central table with chairs overlooking the Ponte a Santa Trinità. It also has a lovely double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub as well as a quaint kitchen that whilst being petite, has everything you need. The apartment’s most unique characteristics are its antiques, with furniture, paintings and other features that create the romantic hideaway for lovers.

On foot you can reach in just a few minutes some of the most important museums in the world, and many of the places where the history of the renaissance started. Nearby there are several private garages where you can park your car, although we advise you to come to the city by public transport.
