PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the northern tip of Chaweng beach, Villa Mia offers unrivalled fabulosity within walking distance of Chaweng’s plethora of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues. This sophisticated and sumptuous 5 bedroom villa oozes sex appeal and wow factor and provides every creature comfort, including full air-conditioning, satellite LCD/DVD/stereo in all rooms, a huge Jacuzzi, a gym, and a capable team of staff with a dedicated gourmet chef.
Villa Mia’s palatial proportions include high vaulted wood-panelled beamed ceilings and wooden floors throughout. All areas of the villa are wired for sound, allowing music lovers to indulge in their favourite tunes while partying, relaxing, dining, or lounging. Complimentary WiFi internet is also available throughout Villa Mia.
Entered through an imposing oversized pivoting door, Villa Mia is designed around a fabulous 23 metre lap pool in the centre of the property, which all rooms open onto. The sunken sala is shaded by a pergola, and has sumptuous built-in sofas arranged around a coffee table. At the beachfront, on either side of the swimming pool, are large verandas with further al-fresco lounge areas and an outdoor dining table.
The open-plan living room is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated and accommodates a heavy timber dining table and a luxury fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances, including a built-in espresso machine. Off the main kitchen is an outdoor staff kitchen and BBQ, allowing for unobtrusive catering.
The stunning master bedroom suite features a 4-poster bed, sofa, desk, large LCD TV system, and has an immense en-suite bathroom with a palatial terrazzo bath tub and outdoor rain shower.
All 5 bedrooms are furnished with King-size platform beds with feather pillows, built-in wardrobes with personal safes, concealed double air-conditioning, huge mirrors and mini-bars. All of the lavish bedrooms have sea views, direct pool access and are stylishly finished with individual decorative accents.
The villa faces north, with views of the Choeng Mon peninsula straight ahead, and Koh Matlang to the east. The wide beach leads to a shallow, calm, and sheltered lagoon. Prevailing north-easterly winds provide a soothing sea breeze for most of the year. The team of staff is available to cater to your every whim with a smile, and offer great service and excellent in-villa cuisine, but can maintain a low profile should you prefer privacy.

The villa is located on Chaweng beach, 10 minutes from Choeng Mon, and 5 minutes from the airport, with Santiburi Golf and Country club some 30 minutes drive away.
Chaweng offers all the allure and magic of a truly vibrant nightlife with a spectacular variety of restaurants, night clubs, bars, discotheques, cocktail lounges and cabarets.
Although located in Chaweng beach the villa offers all the necessary privacy and relaxation you will ask for.
