Felice is set on the scenic escarpment of Knockrow amongst 18 peaceful acres. The house is situated with a north east aspect half way down a 380 metres long private road offering no highway noise and complete tranquility. Enjoy the expansive views over the Newrybar valley and out to the Pacific ocean which extends from Broken Head to Lennox head and beyond.
Felice is a grand country residence with noble proportions. There are French doors that open on to the wrap around balcony from most rooms. Fans are located in all bedrooms as well as the living areas.
The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed with separate his and hers en-suites. The second and third bedrooms both have double beds. The fourth bedroom is a large queen bedroom on the opposite side of the house that features a built in office/study with broadband internet access.
There are two lounge rooms, one with a fireplace and the other in the main living area with TV/DVD and stereo equipment. As well, there is a separate reading/media room with hundreds of books and another TV. There is seating enough for 10 people in the dining room as well as a separate breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen. There is a fully equipped gourmet country kitchen.
Outside on the extensive north east deck there is the sun room/games/yoga room with the same extraordinary view. There is a large fully tiled salt water pool with plenty of room for kids and outdoor activities. It is fully fenced with outdoor seating as well. The property provides plenty of outdoor seating areas in the gardens as well as on the decks. Children are welcome but sadly the property is not pet friendly.

This rate covers you for up to 8 adults, additional children will possibly be accepted for family groups.
HOUSE RULES
Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.
As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.
Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
Please ensure dishes are washed and put back into the correct cupboards. The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the dirty condition in which the property has been left. This will be calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing or dry cleaning of furniture is required these will also be charged to the tenant. Replacement of linen/towels maybe required if they are beyond saving and stains cannot be removed.
Any booking to be discovered to be a Schoolies, Hen’s or Bucks booking will result in instant eviction with loss of any remaining rental as well as the security bond deposit.
