La Hacienda is a three bedroom timber-style home situated on Coolamon Scenic Drive, one of the most sought after streets in the Byron shire, with views to the lighthouse and beyond.

Filled with warmth and character, La Hacienda offers an idyllic retreat with acreage, orchard and free range chooks, all within 4 minutes drive of the adorable village of Bangalow and 12 minutes to the surfing beaches at Byron Bay.

The Master bedroom contains a queen bed, private deck and swinging love-seat with views of the hills and ocean. This bedroom also has its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a queen size futon and the third bedroom a quirky secluded hideaway in the form of a loft bed in addition to a king single bed.

The lounge room/kitchen has an open wood fireplace enhancing the cosiness of this charming getaway. This lovely space, plus 2 outdoor decks and swimming pool, are perfect for lazy afternoons sipping cocktails or reading. The front deck has a huge daybed lathered in cushions and large round table with seating for up to 12 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats six comfortably. Sliding doors in the living area open onto the back deck overlooking a spring-fed damn and swimming pool, where there is an outdoor setting for 8 and a Webber BBQ for your use. Fresh lime trees at your disposal below and the fragrant flowers scenting the breeze.

The home is equipped with broadband internet, DVD player, an iMac which plays through the central sound system, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.

Pool is not currently fenced but will be soon! If you have children in your group please let us know and we can see if the booking timing and children age are appropriate.

RATES

Christmas, New Year, first week of January & Easter: $5,000 per week (7 night minimum stay)
Splendour in the Grass: $550 per night or $3,000 per week (4 night minimum stay)
Long Weekends: $550 per night or $3,300 per week (3 night minimum stay)
Winter months: $395 per night or $2,300 per week (2 night minimum stay)
All other times of the year: $495 or $2,900 per week (2 night minimum stay)
Plus a $95 cleaning fee per booking.

HOUSE RULES

Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.

As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.

Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Please ensure dishes are washed and put back into the correct cupboards. The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the dirty condition in which the property has been left. This will be calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing or dry cleaning of furniture is required these will also be charged to the tenant. Replacement of linen/towels maybe required if they are beyond saving and stains cannot be removed.

Any booking to be discovered to be a Schoolies, Hen’s or Bucks booking will result in instant eviction with loss of any remaining rental as well as the security bond deposit.
