The downstairs includes a fully renovated with polished floorboards, pressed metal ceiling, huge living areas, lots of lounges, cable tv and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The property enjoys original features including arched windows and doors, big, comfortable Italian leather lounges and an antique dining table for 12 people. The kitchen connects to main dining area and large games room with table tennis and deck at back of the house. The property offers free WIFI and IPOD docks in all rooms. There are 2 separate Austar connections in the studio and the main lounge.
