PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The Blue Sky Beach House is an expansive two storey home enjoying absolute beach frontage. The home offers direct beach access, you only have to walk 50 meters and you are on the beach. This area is the relaxing and cool part of town with peaceful surrounds while still being close to the action of Byron Bay.

The Blue Sky Beach House is a home not a house. The moment you step out onto the back deck and feel the sea breeze coming over the dunes you’ll immediately feel relaxed and refreshed. It has been set-up incorporating rustic, beachy tones alongside comfortable modern living. Set on Suffolk Park’s beautiful white sandy beach with views of Byron Bay’s famous lighthouse to the left and Broken Head beach to the right.

The heart of the home is upstairs and looks out to the spacious entertaining area and down onto the garden. You can hear the peaceful sounds of the ocean from every room of the house. The kitchen is a dream for anyone that loves to cook with ample preparation areas and a servery that opens straight out to back deck and BBQ. There is a large 10 seat dining table on the verandah and two large luscious day beds.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, lovely ensuite and a day bed which could be perfect for a little one who needs to be close to the parents.

Downstairs offers three bedrooms. A master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. This bathroom could be shared by the two other rooms downstairs, alternatively there is an extra toilet and heated outdoor shower. The second room is the smallest and has a king single bunk bed. Nice and cosy. The third room is ideal for a family or kids room. It has a double bed bunk with single on top. Separate single bed and a trundle. Plus TV & DVD player.

Remainder of the year
$4,000 per week (3 night minimum stay)

Weekend stays
$625 per night (3 night minimum stay)

Plus a $100 linen fee per booking.

HOUSE RULES

Please note that this property has a strict no parties policy. Even though the house is visually very private, noise travels to the neighbours easily.

As such, no extra guests are allowed to the house. Noise levels are to be respectful at all times. No outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. One noise complaints means a $250 bond deduction and a second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate immediately.

Sorry to be so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

Please ensure dishes are washed and put back into the correct cupboards. The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned before departure to avoid excess cleaning charges. Charges will apply if the property requires extra cleaning due to the dirty condition in which the property has been left. This will be calculated on the number of hours required over and above the normal cleaning time. If extra washing or dry cleaning of furniture is required these will also be charged to the tenant. Replacement of linen/towels maybe required if they are beyond saving and stains cannot be removed.

Any booking to be discovered to be a Schoolies, Hen’s or Bucks booking will result in instant eviction with loss of any remaining rental as well as the security bond deposit.
