PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Beachfront doesn’t get more absolute than this! Enjoy your own four acres of private beachfront land with gently sloping lawn leading down to a blissfully quiet sandy beach. Relax on the beach or beside the heated pool, indulge in more active pursuits of kayaking along the nearby coral reef or play a game of tennis under lights.
Full kitchen with island bench, oven, microwave, gas stove top, fridge/freezer, twin sinks, and Nespresso coffee maker with pods. The lounge area has large settees, TV, Foxtel (pay TV), DVD and an Ipod music dock. Other areas include a dining area and separate lobby with white baby grand piano. A separate office with desk could be used as an additional single bedroom.
The main residence stands apart from the guest cabana and offers the convenience of having two separate dwellings for several couples to enjoy or the children to have their own space.
Cottonwood is just a 10 minute drive from the seaside village of Port Douglas and only 10 minutes walk along the beach to a nearby resort offering spa facilities and restaurant.

Oak Beach is a 15min drive to the centre of Port Douglas, where the ancient Daintree Rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef. This is the most accessible paradise on Earth and Port Douglas village is both a gateway and a destination.
Port Douglas is well established as a tourist destination, with an abundance of visitor facilities and tourism related infrastructure, with its proximity to the region’s two primary natural attractions, being the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest - both World Heritage listed areas - a great asset.
