FEATURES

Located on the beach in a prestigious area of Malibu only a 10 minute drive north of the Santa Monica and Malibu border, the Colony Cove beach house is an impressive combination of style and class. It has been impeccably designed and maintained with beautiful patio space that is lined with glass along all of the edges so that there is no obstruction of the amazing ocean views.

The entire house is lined with either beautiful tile floors or stained hardwood floors. The furniture is cozy and clean and perfectly match the beach house theme. Each of the bedrooms are spacious with the master bedroom having a king sized bed and remaining bedrooms containing queens. The entire west side of the house is lined with numerous windows that allow in the ocean view, and the breezes when it is open. The master suite and main living area both have fireplaces as well, adding to the “homey” feeling of the beach house.

The kitchen and dining room area have an open layout beside the main living room area with plenty of counter tops and seating area for all 8 guests to enjoy meals together. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well.

The 4th bedroom is set in the attic with a drop down stair case to access it. All rooms, including the Master, are a spacious and private. This is the perfect beach house for a family or small group.

The beach house also comes stocked with plenty of beach accessories like a kayak, stand up board, boogie boards etc., so that guests can get the full Malibu, California experience.
