The Darling Point Pad is the entire top floor of a grand 1930’s home on the western side of Sydney’s inner city suburb Darling Point which overlooks Rushcutters Bay. The property overlooks a large private traditional garden with a stunning date palm and has the perfect north-west aspect, which is protected from the prevailing winds and basks in all day sunshine.

From the wide deck that spans the width of the property, the sunsets are especially breathtaking as they overlook Sydney Harbour where the bridge, ferries and sailing yachts dominate.

$2,000 per night, 3 night minimum stay

Winter months – June, July & August (excluding the long weekend)
$2,000 per night, 5 night minimum stay

All other times of the year
$2,000 per night, 5 night minimum stay

Plus a $250 linen fee per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
