National Advertising Sales Manager – Sydney

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the media division of the company as a National Advertising Sales Manager with a strong focus on business development.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be working to help grow Unique Luxury, a key marketing platform for the business in the form of a magazine that encapsulates a luxurious, unique and international lifestyle.

Each edition features a magnificent array of high-end real estate and advertisements and editorials featuring luxury and unique travel destinations, luxury cars and boats, high-end watches, jewellery, fashion and fine dining.

The role will involve being a sales & brand ambassador responsible for increasing media sales and growing distribution channels & circulation in Australia.

The role will be tasked with developing successful ongoing relationships with new and existing advertising clients. You will oversee the profitable day to day operations and business development. Your portfolio will include a network of high net worth & ultra high net worth individuals and companies in the unique and/or luxury space.

The successful applicant will be passionate about presentation, customer service, have the ability to build rapport and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in media sales is essential with solid relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 brands, media and PR will be highly regarded.

Reception/Sales Administration – Byron Bay

What You’ll Do

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a competent Reception/Sales Administrator to join and support a fun, dynamic team in Byron Bay with exciting growth plans.

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering phones & greeting walk in visitors/clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Provide varied administrative support including sales and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare enquiry analysis reports for properties as required
  • Prepare sales advice notifications as required
  • Have a general understanding of the licencing authorities and requirements in each state
  • Organise, attend staff meetings and take minutes as required
  • Day to day running of the office
  • Order stationery, office equipment, kitchen and general cleaning supplies
  • Liaise with landlord for ongoing maintenance and suppliers e.g. florist, cleaners

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-12 months experience in a support or reception role
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
  • Real Estate experience will be highly regarded
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Understanding of REX or similar CRM system advantageous
  • Fantastic work ethic, great organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, a huge dose of common sense and a positive personality are essential

Property Manager – Byron Bay

What You’ll Do

An exciting new role to join a fun, dynamic holiday letting team in Byron Bay to look after & maintain property rentals with particular focus on growing & building the long term portfolio.

The successful candidate will be a proactive & articulate professional with the highest standard of customer service.

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Developing & maintaining relationships with landlords & guests
  • Arranging keys, check-ins and check-outs
  • Coordinate repairs & maintenance with suppliers & trades as required to ensure properties are properly maintained
  • Maintaining accurate inventory books & routine inspections
  • Creating property welcome manuals and assisting with marketing activities
  • Arranging welcome hampers
  • Be the point of contact during guests’ stay
  • Ensure & maintain properties are well stocked & thoroughly prepared for guests

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in property management
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong administration & computer skills
  • Superb attention to detail
