PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This quintessential Byron Bay beach cottage is all about its prime location. A 400 meter stroll will take you in to the heart of town where you can enjoy an array of cafes, bars and retail shops, or to the beach for some delicious Aussie sun and surf.
The house is light and airy inside, with a well manicured yard and a lovely dining & barbecue area outside. The grounds are fully fenced - ideal for families with wandering little people or pets - and there is an outdoor shower for easy after beach rinsing.
The two main bedrooms are spacious, both offering king beds and high ceilings with ceiling fans. The third bedroom has a double bed and there are a further two sleep-outs with a single and king single bed respectively. There are two bathrooms, both recently refurbished, one of which includes a washing machine and dryer.
You can enjoy all of the usual mod-cons at Drifters, including a coffee-machine, WiFi, Austar and air-conditioned living areas.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
