PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This expansive home on 7.5 acres of tranquil land in the Tallebudgera Valley is a private & magical paradise. The location is ideal being under 15min to the beaches of Burleigh Heads, Currumbin and Palm Beach.

It’s also only 20min from the Gold Coast International Airport and just over an hour from Brisbane’s CBD. The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The expansive fully equipped kitchen has wide granite benches, chef’s cook-tops and looks down onto the pool and hinterland beyond. The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout for the summer months. The cosy combustion wood heater and formal sitting area are also delightful in the winter months.

The living room flows to the kitchen and is completed with bi-fold windows which open directly out to the large deck taking is the balmy breezes and fresh countryside air. A weber bbq for outdoor cooking is conveniently placed here for easy access to kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas. The cinema room is exquisite and reminiscent of the 1940’s. Draw the curtains, settle in and watch a movie on the big screen. There is a single day bed in the cinema and a set of bunks which can be set-up if required.

The downstairs area of the main house is a 1 bedroom self-contained poolside apartment. It has a separate living area with a single bed (if required), ensuite bedroom and kitchenette with direct access to the pool and gazebo area.

The gardens run down to a picturesque creek with private walks, hammocks dotted about, mediation gazebo & quaint settings for afternoon tea. The rainforest is undergoing a regeneration process back to its former natural glory and completes this perfect home for those wanting a touch of luxury amid a peaceful surround.
