PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
You may never want to go home! Kick back and relax in this brand new home on the beachfront at Lennox Head only 15 minutes from the Ballina/Byron airport. The house has been designed as a series of interlinked pavilions, with stunning views over Seven Mile Beach stretching from Lennox Head to Broken Head.
Sliding doors and open windows capture the sea breezes and maximise cross-ventilation. This is true beach house living but with every modern convenience and the highest quality finishes.
Downstairs in the main house there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. There is a large bathroom with shower, bath and double basins. Upstairs is the master suite with queen bed, living area, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with rain head shower and double basins.
The daybed in the downstairs outdoor room and a double sofa bed in the study/bedroom upstairs provide additional sleeping capacity. There is also a self-contained studio apartment which is visually and physically separated from the main house. It has a bedroom with queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite, washer and dryer and a separate kitchen/living area.
There are multiple living spaces and the whole property has been configured to provide maximum flexibility for families or couples sharing the space. Undercover parking is available for 3 cars and if you must stay in touch there is WiFi throughout the property, Samsung smart TVs and Foxtel.

Festive Season (20th Dec - 10th Jan) & Easter
$1,000 per night, 7 night minimum stay
Summer, Spring & Autumn School Holidays
$750 per night or $4,800 per week, 5 night minimum stay
Splendour in the Grass
$750 per night, 5 night minimum stay
All other times of the year, 5 night minimum stay
$600 per night or $3,500 per week
Plus a one off $175 linen fee per booking.
The above rates are based on 8 guests and include the self-contained apartment. If you would like the sofa bed made up for extra guests we can do so at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
