PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on Coolamon Scenic Dr, overlooking Byron Bay, the lighthouse & Julian Rocks, is this beautiful home called Serendipity. Newly renovated and beautifully furbished, this home will take your breath away and is complete with arguably the best views in the Northern Rivers.
The main house has an expansive well equipped kitchen with large island bench for food preparation and dining. The spacious living area is comfortable and has a large flat screen TV with free Foxtel and Netflix. This looks onto the wide balcony with ocean view beyond and a large BBQ.
The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the top floor of the home and is air-conditioned. Downstairs is perfect for the children with an additional 2 bedrooms, media room & bathroom.
Amongst the gardens is also a self-contained guesthouse complete with bedroom, ensuite, living area, kitchenette, wifi, air-conditioning, TV & Foxtel. It has a lovely outdoor undercover terrace with BBQ, all taking in the 180 degree ocean & valley views. There is also a tipi in the garden fitted out with electricity, bed & wifi.

This property is available over the Summer School Holidays and has a 7 night minimum stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
